Minimum Requirements for Coca-Cola Learnerships 2025
To apply for the CCBSA Sales and Marketing Learnership 2025, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Educational Requirements:
- Must have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Minimum 40% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- At least 40% in two official South African languages
- A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related fields is advantageous (but not mandatory)
- A valid driver’s license is beneficial, especially for field-based roles
General Criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be unemployed at the time of application
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years
- Must be available to attend full-time training for 12 months
