Standard Bank Learnership 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Standard Bank Insurance Learnership 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Minimum Educational Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- A minimum of 60% in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
General Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Age range: 18 – 30 years old
- Do not hold employment for longer than six months.
- Must not participate in another learnership or any formal education program.
- Must have a strong interest in working within the insurance and financial services sector
Learnership Duration and Compensation
- Start Date: 01 September 2025
- End Date: 31 August 2026
- Monthly Stipend: R6,800
- Additional Benefits: Medical aid coverage
During this year-long program, learners will work full-time in a structured training environment, combining practical workplace exposure with theoretical learning.
