Learnerships for Unemployed Youth in Butterworth

BoTong Civils, in partnership with African Global Skills Academy (AGSA) and SANRAL, is offering CETA-accredited learnerships in Butterworth (Mnquma Local Municipality), Eastern Cape. These programmes aim to develop practical skills in civil and building construction.

SANRAL Learnership Programme 2025

details:

  • Programme Start Date: 14 July 2025
  • Location: Butterworth, Eastern Cape
  • Stipend: Paid to learners who attend all scheduled activities  

Learnership Qualifications Offered

  • National Certificate: Construction Contracting (Level 2) Ideal for beginners in construction
  • National Certificate: Building and Construction (Level 3) Provides key intermediate construction skills
  • FET Certificate: Supervision of Construction Processes (Level 4) Focuses on supervisory roles in construction projects   

Who Should Apply

  • Age Requirement: 18–35 years old  
  • Must-Have Qualifications:
    • Certified Matric certificate or Grade 11 school report, dated within 3 months of applying  
    • Certified ID copy, also within 3 months  
    • Updated CV
  • Residency Preference: Applicants from Mnquma Local Municipality will receive preference
  • Inclusivity: Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply

Note: Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered .
