What is the Tenacity Learnership Programme?

Tenacity Financial Services is offering a 15-month Learnership programme in Customer Service for 2025. This unique opportunity is aimed at young South Africans who want to gain both practical work experience and a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 qualification in Micro Finance.

As part of this learnership, learners will participate in a combination of classroom-based training and on-the-job practical experience within the Tenacity Customer Services team. This training will equip you with the essential skills needed for a successful career in the call centre or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

As a learner in the Tenacity Customer Service Learnership, you will become a valuable part of the team by:

  • Delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Completing administrative tasks related to customer account management
  • Following internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and company policies
  • Submitting a Portfolio of Evidence and completing all learning requirements

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Tenacity Learnership 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a South African citizen, aged 18–30 years
  • Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate, with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
  • Must be working at the time of the application 
  • Have limited or no prior work experience
  • Be committed to completing a full 15-month learnership
  • Be available to work shifts and weekends
  • Not be enrolled in any full-time or part-time studies
  • Must not have completed another learnership or skills programme within the past 12 months
