About the Anglo American Mining Learnership 2025
The Anglo American Mining Learnership at Kolomela Mine is a structured 18-month enrichment program aimed at developing technical mining skills while providing real-world work experience in a professional mining environment.
What the Learnership Offers:
- Monthly Stipend/Allowance – Earn while you learn.
- 18-Month Skills Programme – Includes classroom instruction and hands-on experiential training.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – Provided to ensure safety throughout the program.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Anglo American Mining Learnership 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or Technical N3 Qualification
- Valid South African Driver’s License
- Must successfully pass a medical fitness assessment (RFA)
- Must be able to obtain or already possess a valid Kolomela VTS (Dover Assessment)
Please note: The learnership will only commence after successful completion of both the Dover test and medical fitness certification.
