Royal Bafokeng Holdings (RBH) is inviting eligible South African students to apply for the RBH Bursary Fund for the 2025 academic year. This bursary provides financial support for undergraduate and postgraduate studies at accredited public universities in South Africa.
The programme targets high-achieving, motivated youth who wish to pursue careers in Accounting, Finance, and Investment Management.
RBH Bursary 2026 – Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the RBH Bursary Programme, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
General Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be 35 years old or younger
- Must be unemployed
- Must have completed Matric
- Must be studying or have applied to study at a recognised and registered public South African university
- Must be pursuing full-time studies
Approved Fields of Study
Applicants must be studying or intending to study towards a qualification in one of the following fields:
- Accounting Sciences (CA – Chartered Accountant stream)
- Investment Management
- Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (CTA)
- Honours degrees related to the fields above
Academic Requirements
- Must be entering 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year, including postgraduate studies
- Current students must have achieved a minimum overall average of 65%
- Applicants must not hold any other bursary or financial aid (including NSFAS)
Required Supporting Documents
All applicants must upload clear, certified copies of the following (certification not older than 3 months):
- South African ID document
- Proof of residence
- Matric certificate
- Proof of registration or acceptance at a public South African university
- Certificates of completed qualifications, if available
- Academic transcript / full academic record
- Brief CV and Motivation Letter
