Key Responsibilities
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
- Process customer purchases and payments with high attention to detail.
- Handle cash safely and responsibly at all times.
- Promote the Clicks ClubCard programme and assist customers with new registrations.
- Inform customers about current promotions, specials, and rewards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the Clicks brand professionally.
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure shelves are clean and fully stocked.
- Perform housekeeping duties according to store standards.
- Stay updated on products, promotions, and store events.
- Support the company’s vision of becoming the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer.
Minimum Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Advantageous Requirements
- Mathematics: 50% or higher in Grade 12
- English: 50% or higher in Grade 12
- Previous retail or FMCG experience in a customer-facing environment
