Maersk YES Learnership Requirements
To qualify for the Maersk YES Learnership 2026/2027, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen
- Have completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Additional tertiary qualifications will be an advantage
- Be unemployed and not permanently employed
- Have no more than two years of work experience
- Be between 18 and 30 years old
- Be available to commit to the full 12-month programme
- Must not have participated in a YES Learnership before
- Have a strong academic record
- Possess good computer literacy skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
