Learnership Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the AM Security Learnership 2025, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must not be working at the time of application
- Must not be currently participating in any other qualification or learnership programme
- Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric) with English and achieved at least Level 4 in all subjects
- Must be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID document
- Must be between 18 and 30 years old
- Must have no criminal record
- Must reside in or near the Strand area in the Western Cape
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and internet skills) will be an advantage
- Must be able to work independently and show a proactive attitude
