Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Capitec Future Leaders Graduate Programme, applicants must meet the following:
Minimum Qualifications
- South African citizenship with a 13-digit SA ID number.
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) and a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Your degree must be completed within the last 3 years and no later than 15 January 2026.
- Must have achieved a minimum of 60% average across all university studies.
- Less than 2 years of professional work experience.
- A clear credit and criminal record is mandatory.
