Are you unemployed, between the ages of 18 and 30, and in possession of a Grade 12 certificate? Tenacity is offering an exciting Call Centre Learnership Programme for 2026 designed to help young South Africans gain valuable work experience and a nationally recognised qualification.

This 13-month learnership combines classroom training with practical workplace experience in a professional customer service environment. Successful candidates will complete a Micro Finance Qualification (NQF Level 4) while developing essential call centre and customer service skills.

This opportunity is ideal for unemployed youth looking to start a career in customer service, contact centres, or financial services.

Responsibilities of Call Centre Learners

Learners will be expected to:

  • Attend all required classroom and workplace training sessions
  • Successfully complete assessments and competency requirements
  • Submit a Portfolio of Evidence
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally
  • Resolve customer complaints according to company procedures
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately
  • Follow company policies, service standards, and operational procedures

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Tenacity Call Centre Learnership 2026, applicants must:

  • Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Be between 18 and 30 years old
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Have limited or no previous work experience
  • Not be studying full-time or part-time during the programme
  • Be available to work shifts and weekends
  • Not have participated in another learnership or skills programme within the last 12 months

Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy will be advantageous.
