Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Rand Water Learnership 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be unemployed at the time of application
- Must not be registered for any qualification at a higher education institution
- Must not be participating in any other learnership programme
- Must not possess a completed post-matric qualification
- Applicants with post-matric qualifications will not be considered
- Must have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate with:
- Mathematics (Level 4 or higher) or Mathematical Literacy (Level 5 or higher), and
- Physical Science (Level 4 or higher) OR
- Business Studies (Level 4 or higher)
- Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old, in line with NSDS III requirements
