Momentum Contact Centre Learnerships 2025: Duties & Responsibilities

As a participant in the 2025 Momentum Learnership, you will:

  • Attend structured classroom training sessions and practical workplace activities.
  • Learn about Momentum Metropolitan’s products, services, policies, and systems.
  • Complete a Portfolio of Evidence to submit to the Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA).
  • Maintain detailed logbooks for all work-based learning experiences.
  • Pass formative and summative assessments to demonstrate your understanding and progress.
  • Gain hands-on experience using customer service systems and contact center processes.
  • Uphold the core values and professional standards of Momentum Metropolitan.

Minimum Requirements for Application

To be eligible for the Momentum Health Learnership 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Achieved:
    • Minimum 40% in Mathematics, OR
    • Minimum 60% in Mathematical Literacy
    • Minimum 50% pass rate in English and one additional South African language.
  • Computer literacy is beneficial.
  • Must be unemployed and available full-time for the full 12-month programme.
  • Be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 30 years.
  • Able to commute to the Momentum Metropolitan workplace independently.
  • Not enrolled in any full-time or part-time tertiary studies during the learnership period.
  • Must not have completed a similar learnership previously.
