Key Responsibilities of the Learnership Role

As a Customer Sales & Service Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain full compliance with all FAIS, TCF, FICA, POPIA, and NCR requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting process enhancements.

  • Promote digital banking tools and educate customers on self-service options.
  • Ensure onboarding success and account activation for all new customers.
