Key Responsibilities of the Learnership Role
As a Customer Sales & Service Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

- Cross-Selling: Offer complementary financial products and services to existing customers.

- Maintain full compliance with all FAIS, TCF, FICA, POPIA, and NCR requirements.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Promote digital banking tools and educate customers on self-service options.
- Ensure onboarding success and account activation for all new customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism aligned with the brand’s “HIGH FIVE” service promise.

- Achieve and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance benchmarks.
