Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the CAPACITI IT Learnership Programme 2025, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Aged between 18 and 34 years.
- Hold an NQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent (e.g., Matric certificate).
- Unemployed at the time of applying.
- Computer literate (basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT concepts such as hardware, software, and networking).
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work well independently and in a team setting.
- No criminal record or adverse credit history.
- Must commit to attending the programme full-time (Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00) for the entire 12-month duration.
- Previous exposure to IT fundamentals is advantageous, though no prior work experience is required.
- Must provide academic transcripts and a certificate of highest qualification.
