Through this learnership, successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in the Sales department, supporting the business while building essential skills for future employment.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Clover YES Learnership Programme 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent
- Valid Code 08 Driver’s License
- Fluent in Business English

Key Responsibilities
As a YES learner in the Assistant Sales Representative role, your main duties will include:
1. Customer Recruitment and Onboarding
- Recruit and onboard customers within the Food Service Industry (FSI) and General Trade (GT) channels
- Attend scheduled appointments and complete account application processes
- Grow an active customer base by introducing Clover’s product range
- Meet monthly recruitment targets:
- 125 new customers (FSI)
- 200 new customers (GT)
2. Customer Service Support
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle all customer queries promptly
- Coordinate the account opening process and communicate updates
- Work closely with Sales Representatives and Area Managers to ensure a smooth handover
3. Sales Process Support
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Ensure product availability and manage stock levels effectively
- Minimize returns and maintain visual merchandising (facings)
4. Sales Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and report on sales volumes per outlet and by product category
- Ensure pricing compliance and apply negotiated rates
- Monitor fridge standards and maintain Clover brand visibility
