Who Can Apply? – Learnership Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Old Mutual Learnership Programme 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must have a Matric certificate (obtained by 31 December 2024)
- Must have Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy as a subject
- Must be a South African citizen with a valid ID
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Must not be employed for more than 12 months
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
- Must have a clear credit and criminal record
