About the Learnership Programme
The TotalEnergies Learnership Programme 2025 is designed to empower unemployed youth by providing practical, structured training in a professional manufacturing environment. During the 12-month period, learners will acquire essential workplace skills and technical experience that will enhance their employability within the engineering and logistics sectors.
Learners will be based at the TotalEnergies Lubricants Manufacturing Plant in South Africa, where they will receive mentorship, industry-specific training, and exposure to day-to-day plant operations.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this learnership opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
OR
- NTC4 Engineering qualification in one of the following disciplines:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation
- Industrial Engineering
- Experience:
- No previous work experience required (perfect for recent matriculants or TVET graduates).
- Added Advantage:
- A TVET Qualification in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics Management will be considered a strong advantage.
