To qualify for the Absa Group Home Loans Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must be between 18 and 30 years old
- Must be a South African citizen or permanent resident
- Must have completed a Degree or equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification in:
- Business
- Commerce
- Management Studies
- Must be proficient in English
- Must currently be unemployed
- Must not be registered for another learnership programme
- Must not be studying at any educational institution at the time of application
- Must be computer literate
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well in a team
- Must demonstrate flexibility, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
