As a YES Learner in Human Resources, you will support daily HR operations, assist with administrative tasks, and gain exposure to key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee records management. Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Clover YES Programme 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Unemployed at the time of application
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- Eligible for the YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme
- Relevant tertiary studies in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration (advantageous)

- Assist in preparing onboarding and induction documentation
- Help with reference checks and document verification
- Participate in new employee orientation processes
Employee Records and Compliance
- Assist with HR audits and compliance processes
- Ensure documentation aligns with POPIA and company policies
General HR Duties
- Respond to basic HR queries
- Support HR projects and initiatives
- Attend training, coaching, and development sessions
- Perform additional HR-related tasks as required by the HR Manager
